Today is Thursday, I work all day at the swine vet office. This evening we then have to be in Mt. Ayre for a pastor's meet and greet held by our local ADS. There will not be much time for fixing and having an evening meal. We are probably going to do a pizza from a local pizza place.
For breakfast, I made a batch of overnight oats and am taking that with me to work. Right now, not very hungry. It's 6:39AM.
I'm having fun checking in with you every day. (No pressure though...) I think you're doing well being aware of what you are feeling and honoring your hunger cues. Impressive!
